If the item you order is currently in stock and is ordered on a business day, it will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of your purchase. In the event that the color or size that you ordered is out of stock and we are not able to deliver by your designated wear date, you will be notified by a Bliss Staff member.
The day that you receive your order will depend on the shipping method that you choose during checkout as well as the item destination. Standard shipping is five (5) to seven (7) business days. We ship items as soon as possible, however, sometimes Overnight or 2nd Day shipping does not guarantee that the item will arrive at that time. We advise that if you need the item immediately call us during business hours from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time at 707-769-3130 to check on availability prior to ordering. We ship items as soon as possible using your selected shipping method.
Please keep in mind that because this is a special occasion store, you should order your item as soon as you can prior to your event so that you have time for alterations and time for us to get the item from the designer. Many designers take thirty (30) to ninety (90) days to deliver an item.
Our checkout center requires your credit card information at the time of purchase. At the time of your sale, our credit card processor will authorize your credit card account. This verifies that the required funds are available to make your purchase. Once Bliss Bridal is confident that the funds are available and the item will be available in time for your event, Bliss Bridal will charge your credit card for the total amount.
Due to the nature of the items sold, Bliss Bridal WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS on any items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All special orders may not be cancelled once they have been sent to www.blissprom.com We encourage all customers to refrain from ordering the item until you are positive that you want the item.

*If an item arrives damaged it may ONLY be exchanged for the same style, color and size. This must be accompanied by an Exchange Authorization Number that you can request from the Bliss Staff via our customer contact form. Please make sure the number is clearly visible on the outside of the box in which you are returning the item.
Dress availability can change daily as Prom Season hits its peak. Make your selection as early as possible. We have a very large inventory of prom dresses that is constantly replenished throughout the year. If we are temporarily sold out of your dress choice, a specific size or color after you have ordered, we will notify you immediately.

Wear Date/Event Date
In the Bliss Prom checkout center there is a place for you to enter your wear date. You should indicate the LAST DAY that you are willing to receive your order. If Bliss Prom is unable to deliver by this date, you will be notified by e-mail that the order was canceled. If you pay for Standard Shipping, please note that delivery will take five (5) to seven (7) business days within the Continental U.S. We suggest that you request expedited shipping if you need your dress at a sooner date.
